Introductions

Please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Edo ten Klooster. I provide effective strategic Business and IT management interventions to quickly address opportunities and issues in the People, Strategy, Delivery and Structure/Process domains. By bringing clarity in complexity, roadblocks can be adequately removed and business value unleashed, applying the Pareto 80/20 approach. Reviews and plans will be kept brief and as simple as possible, including key visuals, to engage for impact and to get things done.  

My experience and informed intuition is based on my extensive track-record in global Business & IT Management, including Strategy. I have driven business performance improvements, often enabled by IT and Data, for many companies, cooperatives and government entities. In doing so, hands-on experience has been gained in the creation of IT and Data Strategies, in the delivery of large programs, and in (out)sourcing. Company size doesn’t matter; my approach has been successfully applied both for small local entities as well as large global companies.

My background is in Applied Mathematics and IT, as a Master of Science graduated at the Technical University Delft. This education has been supplemented with a Global Business Leadership Programme from IMD Business School, Lausanne and lifelong learning as an IEEE Computer Society member since 1985.

I am bound by the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct of the IEEE, the world's largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefits of humanity.
